What is a balcony solar battery system?
A balcony solar battery system bundles compact solar panels, a micro-inverter, and a battery storage unit. Sunlight is converted into electricity via panels and inverter, with extra energy stored for later use—ideal for balconies, terraces, or urban spaces.
The Bacony Solar Battery holds multiple certifications. It is certified under UN38.3 (for lithium battery transport), includes an MSDS, and meets IEC standards (IEC62619, IEC62477-1, IEC61000-6-1/6-3). It also complies with the EU WEEE Directive (2002/96/EC). These certifications ensure it meets international safety and quality standards.
Solar panels capture sunlight and produce DC electricity, which is converted to AC by a micro-inverter. Surplus energy charges the battery; when sunlight wanes, stored power supplies the home. Monitoring apps often manage energy flow.
